Errin has been a lifesaver for what happens to be a pretty complicated and extensive Mac Network at home that doubles as a home office as well. His NAS, QNAP work on Mac with PLEX SERVER integration is second to none, besides the fact he has an incredible temperament and is patient with me, he knows his stuff, does research when needed and always makes himself available – even when he’s off-shore sailing around the Netherlands! He will still organise a time for a remote Team Viewer help session and get you on your way. I’ve never met someone in IT with all the gifts he has. I could not recommend him more highly.

Errin assisted me to install my new Apple Mac. Not convinced how easy it was meant to do, I contacted Errin via Airtasker. He was prompt, professional and didn’t mind my rather basic questions. As it turned out I am very pleased I got him to help me as it wasn’t that straight forward for a dinosaur like me.!!

“If you have WiFi issues that need sorting, and you’re not using Errin, you’re missing out on the best. He helped me massively to figure out what was going wrong with my internet speeds and prepared a report for my ISP and the NBN. NBN were claiming the problem was at my house, Errin thoroughly tested and monitored everything (remotely) and provided professional evidence that the problem is very likely with NBN. Now I have a strong argument to finally resolve the issues.”

Excellent. Errin resolved all of my MacBook Pro issues along with Mac mail and Adobe problems. He worked quickly and efficiently and answered all of my questions. He was great.

Actually amazed by the service provided ! Errin sorted our a mixture of software and hardware issues. He optimised our wifi set up including a new router / switch / NAS / voip phone and then troubleshooted issues with our Ring system and our installed Access points. I have had others look at our set up with no solution. Errin sorted our problem list out. Highly recommend him to anyone out there.

I had a problem with my phones, which I had tried to solve through at least 5 other platforms including the manufacturer, without success. I had posted on Airtasker also previously however this time the Post was picked up by Errin. I knew right from the start, that he knew what he was talking about, and my hunch was right. He asked so many questions before accepting the task. I don’t think I I would have further jobs for Errin, as what he does is rocket science to myself, but if you are reading this and in need of a person with his skill set you will not be disappointed.
